You get to live the life of a talented and cursed visionary creative, immersed in the atmosphere of the 70’s gray metropolitan life – a life filled by temptations.
Presentation. Adslife is a multi-faceted game that combines a Role Playing Game (you are the founder and only employee of an advertising agency), with content creation (you really create the ads),
linked to the real web “out there” (where you pick the customers), a point-and-click adventure (you live the life of the visionary creative that you are impersonating) and a social aspect:
you compete with other players for winning bids, and competing bids are judged by still other players.
Adslife can also be classified as a sim-like management or resource management game, given that you are actually managing an advertising agency.
What is quite new of this game is that it mixes different planes: the real web “out there”, where you find customers,
the game world where you have to deal with the game characters,
and the competition and judgment from other players, competing agencies and referees.

Adslife is presented in depth in this blog post: Creating a new kind of social browser game: Adslife
What's the news? Creating ads for real websites as part of an online game and sharing these online is a new reading of "social game".
Playing Adslife is quite simple. It is a purely HTML5 game that can be played in any sufficiently updated browser (Firefox 3/4/5+, Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer 9+, Safari for iPad).
You need to buy a code to play, it costs 8.99$ (about 6 Euro).
Free codes for reviewers. If you are a journalist and intend to review Adslife, we'll provide you a free code.

Adslife is the first game of the Gamamoto initiative. Gamamoto is a project for creating browser based (HTML) indie games,
created and maintained by Open Lab, a small software house from
Florence, Italy.
We repeat it: this game is produced by a small, small and self-funded software house with very limited means; the nice design does not mean an AAA-produced game!
