We will use your account data (like your e-mail) exclusively for AdsLife administrative communications. We will not give your data to any third party or use it for commercial purposes.
Privacy for European Community companies like Open Lab (the supplier of AdsLife) is regulated by a strict set of laws, which leave little space for inappropriate usages. Accounts contain only fake game data so no data is considered sensitive. If you want to cancel an account you must have set an email on it on registration, otherwise it will be impossible to determine your identity. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation.

Terms of service

By using the "adslifegame.com" website and API (hereinafter "Adslife") you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. For the usage through the API, Open Lab (supplier of AdsLife) is not liable for any damage, and we may any time suspend your account's access to the API

What this means is that we don't formally guarantee any up time, which in any case would be technically almost impossible to attain; even Google's Gmail goes down to time to time. The only serious "term of service" to which we can obey is to commit to do our best to keep the service online.

Site and service may cease operations any time.

Intellectual property rights

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Adslife service; at our sole discretion, we may refuse or remove any content that is available via the Adslife service.

Any and all photos, pictures, graphics, comments, and other content, data or information (hereinafter "content") that you upload, store, transmit or submit to Adslife are generated by you, but not by Adslife. Your content therefore remains in your sole property and responsibility.
Adslife does not claim any ownership rights in any content and other materials which you uploads, posts, stores or exchanges through Adslife.
You hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that you and not Adslife, is fully responsible for all content that you upload, post, e-mail, transmits or otherwise makes available through Adslife.
You acknowledge that content uploaded to, or transmitted through Adslife may be protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other intellectual property rights and laws. You must not upload, display, send, transmit or otherwise make available any content in which you do not have the appropriate rights to do so. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, display, public performance or other unauthorized use of copyrighted works by you may constitute an infringement of the copyright holders' rights and may result in civil litigation and criminal prosecution.

Concerning payments and refunds

Given the kind of service and the minimal amount involved, we offer no refunds.
In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

We reserve the rigth to change prices any time.
